The identity of the Mysterious Snow Shoer seen in this photograph with W.S. Weldon in Dominion Square is unknown. This square was the site of Ice Palaces built by the MBC's sister club, the Montreal Snow Shoe Club during the 1880's. Perhaps this group was snow shoeing in memory of earlier times in the square.
