What will be good news to Montreal Wheelmen is the generosity of Messrs Gnaedinger. A magnificent silver cup, which was on exhibition in the gym last night, and the designing of which is particularly appropriate, has been offered by these gentlemen for a series of road races during the coming summer. The trophy was given by Messrs Gnaedinger as a souvenir of the tenth anniversary of the M.B.C.'s existence. The cup must be won twice before becoming the property of the winner. The other conditions to govern the races will be left in the hands of the committee. A handsome gold medal has also been offered by Mr A. T. Lane, and no doubt other prizes will be forthcoming from other well wishers of the wheel."
